Engagement model
A working system needs a working operating model.
Tuotr brings the product, connected delivery work, and operating attention into one ongoing engagement—so a useful system does not become an unfinished handover.
One service
Defined around an outcome, operated as a service.
The engagement is designed to cover the work required to make a system useful in practice, rather than treating development and operation as unrelated purchases.
- Product direction
- Clarify the business problem, define the scope, and keep the system focused on the intended outcome.
- Build and integration
- Design the service, develop the capability, and connect it to the tools, data, and processes around it.
- Administration
- Coordinate the environments, access, delivery activity, and routine work required to keep the system in order.
- Cost governance
- Maintain visibility over direct platform usage and help keep operating decisions connected to value.
- Maintenance and improvement
- Maintain the service and improve it as the surrounding work, information, and requirements change.
Commercial structure
A fixed Tuotr service fee. Direct usage costs kept visible.
The monthly Tuotr fee covers the agreed product and connected service work, including delivery, integration, administration, cost governance, specialist delivery capacity, and maintenance.
Direct out-of-pocket costs—such as model usage, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and third-party licences—are agreed separately. Each engagement is structured around a defined commitment so the system can be properly built and operated.
Common questions
Clear terms before work begins.
The specifics of scope, commitment, ownership, access, and transition are agreed in the engagement contract.
Do you sell a standalone product?
No. Tuotr delivers bespoke systems and the operating capability required to keep them useful. The work is shaped around a client’s specific situation.
Does the fixed fee include cloud and model usage?
The Tuotr service fee is fixed for the agreed engagement. Direct third-party usage costs, such as cloud, models, APIs, and licences, are separately agreed and visible.
Who owns the solution?
Tuotr retains ownership by default. Alternative ownership arrangements, client access rights, data handling, and transition terms are set out clearly in the contract before work begins.
Who provides delivery capacity?
Tuotr leads the service and can draw on specialist delivery capacity through its delivery partnership with IP Digital LLC, where required by the work.
